In the midst of our own merry-making with friends and families, these volunteers chose to visit Riverkids, Cambodia to celebrate Christmas with the kids in the slum community.
The kids welcome the volunteers by performing Hip Hop and the volunteers led them to play games and sang Christmas carols. It was a day of fun and joy for the kids even though it is not a tradition for Cambodians to celebrate Christmas. We are glad that the kids have the freedom to celebrate a traditional festival and we thank our volunteers for spending their valuable time with them!
